Key person
When your child starts the nursery they will be assigned to a keyperson. They will settle your child into 'nursery life'.
They will gather all the information that they will need to learn about your child, tune into their needs and develop a lasting relationship.
Your child's keyperson will have your child's best interests at heart at all times. They will be responsible for monitoring their progress and their struggles. They will share this with you and use this information to inform a meaningful early years curriculum.
The keyperson will change when they move rooms, however, we know that because your child has had a good bond with one person that they will go on to bond with their next key person.
